Telecommunications Equipment Purchase Program (TEPP)

TEPP is designed to help people with disabilities purchase specialized equipment in order to communicate.

Accessible-Tech is focused on providing specialized equipment for those who are nonverbal or have speech impairment. Choose between an Apple iPad or Samsung tablet along with the AAC Application of your choice to make communication with your loved ones easier.

TippyTalk

TippyTalk is a new picture to text technology, allowing instant 2-way communication between a nonverbal person and anyone they choose. TippyTalk also focuses on name first communication moving away from the I WANT, I NEED statements used by other systems.

TippyTalk mission is to provide a platform for social communication independence through innovative and inclusive technology. We collaborate and provide free training to professionals and parents when introducing our application to individuals living with a verbal learning disorder.

Starting with simple finger taps and swipes in the Canvas area, you can speak your own phrases out loud and communicate with others. Further, :prose enables you to pair bluetooth connected sensory devices as remote controls to command :prose to speak out loud from your Smartstones Touch device or your Apple Watch.

:prose is being used by the largest school system in the United States and provides an entirely new “inclusive learning” experience and accelerate “access to literacy” for nonverbal or communication challenged students.


Avaz AAC

Avaz AAC is an augmentative and alternative communication app that empowers children & adults having speech-related difficulties with a voice of their own. A fully-featured speech app that also includes a training module for new AAC users & caregivers.

The research-based pragmatic vocabulary consists of over 15,000 symbols (Symbolstix) with a variety of high-quality voices that a communicator regardless of their ability can tap to form sentences quickly. With a wide range of personalisation & customisation options, you can make Avaz AAC your own in just a matter of minutes.


2Talk – AAC

2Talk is a new app for creating communication boards. The app is intended for users who are just beginning their journey into the world of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and need opportunities to try out customized communication boards.


CoughDrop

CoughDrop is a simple, modern AAC communication and support tool that empowers individuals and the teams around them. It is a full-featured communication app built for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Angelman syndrome, Rett syndrome, or other complex communication needs. CoughDrop is flexible and configurable enough to accommodate the access and comprehension needs of many communicators.

CoughDrop users can install this app to access CoughDrop’s communication and reporting features on their mobile device. The app includes starter boards for different levels of communication, and boards with large or small buttons can be personalized using the rich symbol set, user-provided images or camera photos, user-recorded audio, speech synthesis, etc.
